Frozen Pipe Burst in Longmont, CO

This three-story home was flooded as a result of a frozen pipe that burst in the top level and migrated down through the basement. The homeowners were out of town when this occurred and they came back to find their home flooded. The water fully saturated the carpet and walls in the top level and migrated through the walls and ceiling all the way to the basement. In order to successfully mitigate the water, the carpet was removed, drywall and insulation were cut out and drying equipment placed to assist in drying out the framing. SERVPRO of Greater Boulder worked hard and fast to help the home owner and their family get back to normal.
