Pipe Burst in Longmont, CO

This was the result of the a frozen pipe that burst on the top floor and caused damage to this three level home. The water fully saturated the carpet, hardwood floors, and walls throughout the home. In order to successfully mitigate the water, SERVPRO of Greater Boulder removed the carpet, drywall and insulation. Drying equipment was placed to facilitate drying out the structural components such as the framing. SERVPRO of Greater Boulder worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the water and remove the affected materials. This prevented mold growth from occurring and helped get the home owner and her family back home.
